An invoice will follow confirmation of the booking
If you require a receipt of payment or have any other requirements please include these in the message when making booking

The venue is self-catering. We do not offer this service.

Kiwitown bakery & Z Petrol Station are located across the road from Kotahi, and China Town next door.

There is an alcohol policy that we need to abide by.

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of

4% of the total hire charge if paid using the ‘Pay Now’ button and the hirer cancels up to 10 working days before the event date,
35% of the total hire charge if cancelled within 10 working days of the event date,
50% if cancelled within 5 working days of the event date, and
100% if cancelled within 24 hours of the event start time.

The booking fee (if any) is nonrefundable

Minimum booking/hire time is 1hr
